

Edward
M. Zimmerman, M.D.,
PresidentDr. Zimmerman became a Diplomate of the American Board of Laser Surgery in 1999 and is now an Examiner for the Board. He has been using lasers since the early 1990’s and has been practicing aesthetic medicine for over 12 years. He is a member of the International Society for Cosmetic Laser Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, and a member of both the European Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
He has taught physicians for many years and lectures nationally and internationally. He has held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh and Milton S. Hershey School of Medicine. Dr. Zimmerman has been on the faculty of the National Procedures Institute for six years teaching the Art and Science of Aesthetic and Laser Medicine. He received his medical training at the George Washington School of Medicine and has degrees from both Georgetown University and the Johns Hopkins University.

Quibell, M.D., Vice PresidentDianne Quibell, MD is a board certified practicing Internist in Wellesley Hills, MA, the Medical Director of MD TLC, Inc., and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Quibell has over six years experience combining internal medicine with medical aesthetics. She has been a lecturer and luminary for four laser technology companies since 2001. She has privately trained over 450 clinicians nationally in aesthetic laser/light based technologies, BOTOX®, microdermabrasion and fillers.
Dr. Quibell is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, a Member of the International Society for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery, and a Member of the American Society for Photodynamic Therapy. She is also a member of the Medical Spa Task Force of the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
MD TLC, Inc., in Wellesley Hills, MA, is a management and consulting company specializing in guiding medical practices in making the transition to medical aesthetics, with an emphasis on training physicians on laser/light based technologies. Marilyn
Zimmerman, C.L.T., SecretaryMarilyn Zimmerman has worked in the medical field for 25 years. She has devoted the last 12 years to working with lasers and light-based technology. She manages Zimmerman Laser and Liposuction, a cosmetic surgery practice, and has been a Certified Laser Technician since 1997. Ms. Zimmerman educates physicians and their staff on how to build a successful cosmetic surgery practices. She is an Allied Health member of The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, The International Society for Cosmetic Laser Surgeons, and The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
Paul Van Camp,
M.D., Director of Education & Development, United StatesDr. Van Camp specializes in cosmetic and laser surgery. He is residency trained and board certified by the American Board of Laser Surgery. Dr. Van Camp has the experience of thousands of successful cosmetic surgeries and laser procedures. He was trained by some of the nations’ leading laser surgeons. He now teaches other physicians in advanced laser techniques.
His twenty years of diverse clinical experience includes: Emergency Medicine (Board Certified), International Medicine; and Family Medicine (Board Certified). Since 1997, Dr. Van Camp has specialized in Cosmetic Laser Surgery (Board Certified in Laser Surgery). Wang Kim, M.D., Ph.D., Director of Education & Development, AsiaDr. Jin Wang Kim is a board certified plastic, hand and laser surgeon, a senior diplomate and Director of the Education and Membership Committee for Asia of the American Board of Laser Surgery, and a Fellow of the American Society of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. Dr Kim is a pioneer of laser surgery in Korea, including laser skin resurfacing, laser face lifts, laser endoscopic surgery, laser hair removal, laser hair transplantation, laser removal of tattoos, nevus, and hemangiomas. Dr. Kim is currently the President of Laser Congress Korea, 2008, sponsored by the Asian Pacific Association of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery.

Herbert Wagner, M.D., Director of Education & Development, South
AmericaDr. Wagner graduated as a Medical Doctor and Surgeon in 1986 from The University el Rosario. He became board certified in obstetrics and gynecology in Bogota, Colombia at the University Of Nuestra Senora Del Rosario. In his first year of residency, he completed a fellowship at St John’s Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri, USA with Dr. Fernando Arias. Dr. Wagner has a sub-specialization in gynecologic laparoscopy in La Clinica de la Mujer, and is board certified by the Colombian Society of Laparoscopy.
He earned a fellowship in gynecologic microsurgery in Hospital Infantil Universitario Lorencita Villegas de Santos. He is certified in laser surgery for the lower genital tract and vaginoplasty by the Sociedade Brasileira de Laser em Medicina e Cirurgia.
Dr. Wagner is a developer and professor of the international course of training of lasers in pathology of the lower genital tract, tutorial and vaginoplasty with lasers, at the University Fundacion Universitaria de Ciencias de la Salud (FUCS). He organized the first course of treatment of deep venous insufficiency with a diode laser of the FUCS. He was one of the first to use laser medicine in Colombia and South America. He is a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery , member of the Sociedade Brasileira de laser em Medicine e Cirurgia, member of the Sociedad Bogotana de Obstetricia y Ginecologia, member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL). Dr. Wagner has been chief of the Departments of Gynecology and Obstetrics in the Clinica de Occidente and the Clinica Fray Bartolme de las casas in Bogota, Colombia.
With the courses of Laser Vaginoplasty at the FUCS, he has trained gynecologists nationally and internationally, having realized more than 200 vulvovaginoplasties with lasers; and presented at several international medical congresses, seminars and workshops.
Dr. Wagner has held faculty appointments at the Universidad Del Rosario. He has been Professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University Fundacion Universitaria de Ciencias de La Salud. Currently he is the Director of Continued Education in the same University, Chief of Minimal Invasive Surgery in Gynecology at the Hospital Infantil Universitario de San Jose, and Profesor of Laser Vagynoplasty.
Philipe C. Cadic, M.D., Special Adviser for Education and Development
for EuropeDr. Philippe Cadic started as a computer developer in 1981 at the
age of eleven when the use of computers started to become prolific
around the world. During his medical studies in France, he worked as
an electronic and computer engineer in various startup companies and
published several books dealing with electronic improvements in the
field of HF, VHF and UHF radio-communication equipment. He graduated
GP MD in 2001 from the University of Medicin, Tours, France.
He created, in parallel to his medical practice, two engineering companies
(one doing healthcare software and web sites, the other doing R&D
and software development in telephony and computer telephony). He is
an Associate Professor of Telephony and Computer Networking at the
University of Science of Tours (France) where he teaches Telecom to
master’s degree students. Dr. Cadic began his work in lasers
in 2005, and earned his degree in medical lasers in 2006 (European
Inter-University Diploma “Medical Lasers”), and opened
a laser center in Orléans, France. His fields of interest include
treatment of dermatologic vascular lesions, burns, scars and eye rejuvenations.
He is a consultant for development of various medical devices at
several R&D companies, and conducts research projects in the field
of laser cooling devices and software tools. Dr. Cadic is the author
of both web-published and print books on a variety of laser medical
topics.

Hanan A. Alokaily. M.D., Special Adviser for Education and Development for
the Middle EastDr. Alokaily is currently the General Director of the Dr. Hanan Clinic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and a consultant in laser dermatology and cosmetic surgery. She is a Member of the Arab Board of Dermatology, a Diplomate of the American Board of Laser Surgery (ABLS), and International Fellow of American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), a Fellow of the Saudi Society of Dermatology and Skin Surgery, a Member of the International Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and was privileged to serve in a laser fellowship with the renowned David Goldberg, M.D., of New York and New Jersey, USA. Dr. Alokaily has also served as the Head of the Laser and Cosmetic Dept. at the Royal Clinic at King Abdullah Palace, as well as held key staff positions at the King Saud Hospitals.

November 1976-October 1981 – Pioneering work in the field of laser medicine and surgery for the CO2 Laser Group of Cavitron Corporation, including the introduction in 1978 of the first commercially available laser accessory ever to allow the carbon dioxide laser to be used through a rigid bronchoscope for ablation of lesions of the tracheobronchial tree. As Director of Medical Development for the Lasersonics Division, Dr. Fisher was responsible for the development of new medical devices and accessories, as well as for clinical studies of promising new applications of lasers and ultrasonic surgical aspirators.
